Reservation and paying conditions
- the entire apartment is NON SMOKING
- we do not allow animals
- reservation: minimum of 3 nights, maximum 7 nights
- advanced payment: 100 €
- the rest to be paid at arrival
- payment by Paypal (+5%), bankwire or cash
- no reimbursement of advanced payment 3 weeks or less before arrival date
- guestroom available at 2 PM
- guestroom checkout at 11 AM
